2025 Summer HELP!
​We’re looking for volunteers to help with two fun upcoming events—face painting at the Summit Community Celebration and Bluegrass & Beer Festival shifts! These are easy, engaging ways to support the program while getting out in the community. Volunteering at events like these helps us raise funds and keep the spirit of Summit Rugby strong. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to connect with other families, give back, and have a little fun while you’re at it. We’d love to see more rugby families step in and fill these spots—check out the sign-up links and grab a shift!​

2025 Golf Tournament- 8/19/25
​Summit Rugby’s largest fundraiser is coming up on August 19th. We really need your help! Please sign up today to help make this event a success! Please sign up at this link: Sign Up Genius/Golf Tournament to help in advance with hole sponsors/prize donations or at the golf course on the day of the event.
If you can help secure donations in advance of the event, please contact us at summitgirlsrugby@gmail.com. W can provide suggestions on which businesses to ask, and get you the tax-exempt donation form and letter to share with businesses. A quick walk through business clusters in Silverthorne, Keystone, Dillon, Breck or Frisco usually turns up a lot of support!​
This is a really fun event to work, you’ll get a chance to be with lots of Summit Rugby supporters at the gorgeous Breckenridge Golf Club. Fun tasks on the day of include checking in golfers, selling mulligans and raffle tickets, driving a golf cart around with free food and drinks, and more. Lots of volunteers makes the day a lot more fun & then it’s easy for everyone to swap around as needed! If you have to step out to take a Zoom meeting, or pop in later or leave earlier than the sign up slot, just make a note on the sign up.

Concessions
Concessions – Debbie Ellison (Logan’s mom) was kind to volunteer to head up concessions for our home games this year. We are asking each girl to bring something that we can sell at concessions. Freshman bring a few packs of full size candy, sophomores bring 12 pack of drinks, juniors bring 12 individually wrapped baked goods, seniors bring box of individually packaged chips.

Our big home tournament Summit 7s will include concessions and we provide lunches to all players, our team and visiting teams.
